Shipping & production

Road Runners merchandise is made to order. The collection is open with no scheduled closing date. Paid orders are reviewed and sent to the selected fulfillment supplier in the daily fulfillment run after payment, address and cost checks.

We ship to the United States, Canada and the international destinations listed at checkout. Standard US shipping is free; Canada and international shipping are charged the shipping amount shown before payment. Availability depends on the selected items and address. Import duties or customs charges may be payable on delivery. Orders are preorders, not ready-to-ship inventory. Production and shipping times vary by product, fulfillment supplier, destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If we cannot ship within 30 days of your purchase, we will contact you to agree to a revised date or cancel for a full refund.

Optional shipping protection costs 3% of discounted merchandise. It is a Road Runners store-backed service, not insurance. It provides priority review of documented loss or transit damage; approved claims may receive replacement of the affected item or a refund of its purchase price. Existing rights apply whether or not you buy protection.

Contact Realroadrunnerstv@gmail.com within seven calendar days of the delivery scan (damage) or the carrier’s expected-delivery date (loss). Include your order number, carrier details and damage photos; keep packaging. Protection fees are refundable if cancelled before shipment. These claim windows do not limit statutory rights.

Orders may arrive in separate packages. Tracking is available through the private link in your receipt. An order awaiting batch approval has not yet entered production.
