Returns & cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund before your order enters production. Email Realroadrunnerstv@gmail.com with your order reference. After production starts, made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind unless you purchased the optional money-back guarantee or applicable law requires otherwise. Check the size guide before ordering.

The optional $7.99 30-day money-back guarantee is backed by Road Runners. Request a return within 30 days of delivery and return the complete merchandise for any reason to receive the discounted merchandise price. Original outbound shipping is free for US orders. Paid outbound shipping is excluded from change-of-mind refunds except where law requires otherwise. You pay return postage unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. The guarantee fee and shipping protection fee are excluded from a change-of-mind return refund, except where law requires otherwise. This add-on does not restrict existing cancellation, defect or refund rights.

Contact Realroadrunnerstv@gmail.com for written return instructions before shipping a return. Do not send returns directly to a fulfillment supplier without those instructions.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us promptly with your order reference and photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing time varies. Supplier reimbursement rules do not limit your rights against Road Runners under applicable consumer law.
